Research has shown that ketamine can be extremely effective for mental health concerns (e.g., depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, suicidality, etc.) and chronic pain. It has shown to be an effective treatment option for many people, especially for those who have not responded to traditional treatment methods. I am trained in facilitating (the therapy part - a medical provider will handle all medical components) Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy sessions as well as the preparation for those sessions and the integration afterwards.

Walk & Talk sessions look like typical therapy sessions but we are walking outside, typically in nature. Walk & Talk has a number of potential benefits including
Meeting outside of the typical office environment can provide a change of scenery and help in getting “unstuck” in the therapeutic process.
Evidence suggests that bilateral rhythmic movement (i.e., walking) can evoke potentially helpful changes in brain chemistry and enhance processing difficult therapy material.

Therapy Sessions: $165

Insurance can not be billed for ketamine sessions - fees are as follow:
$200 per 2 hour session

I am in-network with Select Health Med, Value, Choice & Care Plans (Not Signature, Share or Community Care), Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem / Regence), United (UMR), and EMI. I also am able to bill out of network for University of Utah HMHI plans.
